At The Angels of God, we stand behind the quality of our products and the care we take in packaging and delivering your order. Due to the nature of our digital content and personalized items, we maintain a strict No Refund policy with limited exceptions as outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
We will gladly issue a refund or replacement if your pendulum, apparatus, bottles, or cylinder arrives damaged or defective. To qualify, you must:
• Notify us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photo evidence of the damage
• Include your order number and a description of the issue
Contact us at soundtherapyusa@gmail.com to begin a claim. Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement of the apparatus or cylinders..
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Digital content (courses, downloads, video/audio materials) once accessed
• Consultations, classes, and services after they’ve been delivered or accessed
• Any order where the customer has begun or completed the course associated with the order's physical items (such as the apparatus or bundle components)
We recommend waiting for all components of your purchase to arrive before starting your course to ensure eligibility for product-related claims.
Returns Not Accepted
Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept physical returns under any circumstances. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless explicitly requested by our support team.
